AEC is passionate about ecology.  The team approaches projects with a fundamental commitment to conservation in its broadest context.  Members of AEC’s staff sit on both the Bird and the Dragonfly Working Groups established by Hong Kong Government’s Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, as well as on the Mai Po Management Committee (for Hong Kong’s WWF–managed Ramsar site) and the Hong Kong Birdwatching Society’s Records Committee.  But AEC also operates in the business world with its competing priorities and commercial realities.
